KATTY VARGAS
Owner & Founder
More than 25 years of experience working for international exploration mining companies such as Savage Resources, Pasminco Exploration, AngloGold Ashanti, The Grosso Group, Norsemont Mining, and Inca One.

Business Administration degree with a Master's Degree in International Business Administration and Postgraduate specialization in Mining and Environmental Law. Also has a post-graduate specialization in organization and business administration and achieved International Management Programs at Harvard Business School and Tonji University in Shanghai.
Over the last years has held senior positions in which was responsible for company administration, developing and managing company policies. Along with coordinating procedures, budget development analysis, cost control, management of mining concessions, permitting process for mineral exploration activities, company contracts, and reporting obligations to mining authorities, stock exchange, and governmental entities.


FERNANDO ALVA
Chief Operating Officer
More than 30 years of professional experience working for the public and private sector, financial entities, and mining exploration companies such as Mawson Resources, Altynor Peru SAC, Tinka Resources, Darwin Peru SAC, SFP Drilling SAC, HPX Peru Holdings SAC.
Expert in management, planning, process improvement, result control, budget development, contract negotiation, human resources, logistics, and general administration. Has experience dealing with social and environmental regulations for mining projects, and interacting with government authorities and investors.

Chartered Administrative Engineer with a Master's Degree in Management and Administration - Postgraduate School of the UPC. Attended management programs at Harvard University and the EOI Business School. Postgraduate specialization in Mining and Environmental Law - ESAN.
GLADYS ESPINOZA
Senior Environmental & Social Consultant
Chartered geologist engineer graduated from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). Specialized in Mining and Environmental Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
More than 20 years of experience in the mining sector, managing the development of more than 50 environmental studies for mining exploration activities. She has also been responsible for Environmental Permits in several mining exploration companies. Administration of mining properties, GIS, and general company administration. Currently holds the position of Senior Environmental Consultant in CAVATO.


ELIZABETH SÁNCHEZ
Community Relations Consultant
Professional sociologist accredited from the Universidad Nacional del Altiplano (UNA). Master studies in human and regional planning of the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería - UNI.

More than 25 years of experience in the development of urban, rural, and environmental socio-economic and cultural baseline studies for municipal investment projects. Experience in the formulation of citizen participation plans and methodological guides of processes of consultation and citizen participation for urban and rural development, Conflict resolution specialized and accredited extrajudicial conciliatory.
GERALD ZUBIAGA
Archaeologist Consultant
Degree in Archeology from the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM).
Specialized in the formulation of public investment projects and programs of economic impact on environmental pollution. Extensive experience in the elaboration of evaluation and archaeological monitoring plans for mining projects.


JAZIEL BLANCO
Environmental Consultant
Environmental engineer and biologist graduated from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). Master of Science in Environmental Sciences, Pollution Control, and Environmental Management.
Certified as Auditor of Systems of Management of Environmental Quality of UNI. Diploma in Law and Environmental Management, with extensive experience in the elaboration of studies of biological monitoring and environmental baseline for environmental studies of mining projects.
LUIS CÁCERES
Environmental Consultant
Biologist graduated from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM) of Biological Sciences.
Experience in Biological Information Collection for EIAd, EIAsd, DIA, IGAC, and PAMA, as well as in Flora, Fauna, and Hydrobiology Monitoring for the elaboration of Biological and Environmental Baseline for Mining Project Studies.


YONI SAIRE
Geomorphology Consultant
Chartered Agricultural Engineer, with a Master's Degree in Soil Science and Integral Management of Watersheds. Environmental specialist oriented to physical studies for the study of soils and lands, geomorphology, physiography, current land use, remediation of contaminated soils, agroecological zoning, and hydrology of watersheds.
Experience in the private and public sector, carrying out physical and environmental studies for Territorial Planning and Economic Ecological Zoning, Agroecological Zoning, Precision Agriculture, PIP-SNIP Public Investment Projects, baseline diagnoses in EIAs and PMAs for the Agriculture sectors, Transport, Mining, Energy and Hydrocarbons.
MANUEL VALERA
Logistics coordinator
20 years of experience in the logistics and administrative area.
Management of the supply chain and coordination with suppliers for the correct distribution.
Management in the procedures with the different entities of the State; (MINEM, INGEMMET, SUNARP, SENACE, SUNAT, among others) for the timely obtaining of the records of the mining projects.
